The Folds

Bat Napkin Fold

Materials:

• 7.8″x7.8″ Luncheon napkin in Black or 12.5″ x 12.5″ Dinner napkin in Black

Steps:

1. Lay the napkin flat, square side toward you.
2. Fold the top corner down toward you, forming a triangle.
3. Roll the bottom edge upward, about two-thirds of the way.
4. Fold the bottom left and right sides diagonally upward from the middle to form wings.
5. Adjust shape so top corners resemble “ears.”

Pumpkin Napkin Fold

Materials:

• 7.8″x7.8″ Luncheon napkin in Terracotta or 12.5″ x 12.5″ Dinner napkin in Curry
• Napkin ring or 1.5″ tall toilet paper roll
• Short skewer or cinnamon stick for the stem

Steps:

1. Lay the napkin flat.
2. Place the ring in the center.
3. Pull the centerpoint through the ring to leaving approx. 1″
4. Tuck each corner over the ring to form the pumpkin.
5. Turn over and adjust folds to soften the shape.
6. Place the item used for the stem through the center.

Skeleton Bed – Triple Napkin Fold

Materials:

• 12.5″ x 12.5″ Dinner napkin of your color choice – Search our collections

Steps:

1. Lay the napkin flat.
2. Fold the napkin in half.
3. Fold the napkin in quarters
4. You should now have a smaller square with the 4 open corners in the upper right.
5. For the first layer, fold diagonally to join the lower left corner.
6. For the second layer, fold and tuck diagonally under the first layer, leaving about 1″ of napkin showing.
7. For the third layer, fold and tuck diagonally under the second layer, leaving about 1″ of napkin showing.
8. Carefully flip the folded napkin
9. Fold the right side 1/3 to the left side.
10. Fold the left side 1/3 to the right side, and tuck the bottom corner into the bottom right corner to secure everything.
