      • The quantity of packs for custom napkins can be changed from the Personalization Tool. Just click on the "PRODUCT & QUANTITY" Tab on the left side menu and the Quantity control can be found at the bottom of the product description. Each unit of the quantity value represents one pack.

      • If you try to open the customizer tool and it remains in "Initializing..." or unresponsive it means that there could be an issue with your browser Cache. To resolve that situation you can clear the cache following your browser instructions or as a quicker action, you can open an Incognito window and place the order from there. If that doesn't resolve the problem, feel free to contact at at support@thedrap.com.
